Currently, most of Fannie Mae Programmers are from Indian working on H1-B Visa and it is a shame, in a time where unemployment in USA has reached more than 10%. No matter how qualified you are and if you apply for a Technology position with Fannie Mae, it is impossible to get the job, because Indian Mafia has 100% control.
